10 Things I Still Remember

Darjah 3!

When I was a kid..

1. I cried when my mother just came back from Mekah in 1992. Because I thought, mommy was about to fly to Mekah, not flew back.

2. I peed in my pants, when I was 3 years old in a rental car in Langkawi..with my father permission. He was engrossed with monkey-picture-taking..

3. When I just learned to read, I read the newspaper headline and shouted to my mother.."Mak!! Rogol tu ape??"..

When in primary school..

4. I hated school, and cried and begged not to go to school. I was scared with a teacher named Ustaz Nizam. I stopped crying when he quits.

5. Once, when I was Primary 4 kot, I vomited at one end of a classroom on my way to the toilet. I left the vomitus, made my way to the toilet, and ACT like it was not my own vomit. Disgusting!!

6. My sister & my father, when they picked me up after school, told me I smelled like an 'egg'. Which is yuckss! but I was just a kid who schooled from 8 to 4 with lots of running, jumping & playing..

7. I always love playing buaya-buaya.

8. On fridays, when the boys went for solat Jumaat, we sometimes played kawin-kawin, in which we used telekung as a veil. huhu. and girls as bride & groom.

9. I wrote a pantun, as a 'keceriaan' kelas which says something about pursuing to a 'universitas'(in desperation to rhyme the pantun with S-end).Now, i really end up in a universitas in indonesia. duhh..thanks to the pantun.

10. I always think I will not live long. I think I will die before I reach 20. Now, tadaa!!. I'm turning 21 soon. Thanks to God.

Change

This post should actually been posted on January.
But I kept them in draft, and forgot about it.

It's just weird how people change in a second.
Last week you see her all nice to you, and the next thing, she is your biggest enemy.
You thought you know someone with all your heart, but then, truth reveals and that someone is a complete stranger after all.

What makes people change actually?
What makes you change about something?
What makes you change your friendster layout? (This was January ok. FB is not that famous at that time)
What makes you change your food choices?
What makes you change your religion?
What makes you change your shoes?
Bla..Bla..Bla..
Sometimes people are so vulnerable to change that he or she never realize the outcomes of it.

Beware! Change is not always a good thing.
So, better aim for something better.

bkn lupa, tp malas+ sejuk+ air terhad+ org-kata-kalau-mandi-lepas-makan-nanti-perot-boncet..
tk kesah la tu.
pastu niat yg tinggi nk tido.
tp jaa soh online, nak bebual pasal jakarta punye hal.
bukak laptop.
bukak email.
baju yg aku order online, will be delivered esok ke rumah(JB yeh). excited!


In the meantime, hari ni byk nyamuk. Jadi berparty sakan la ikan laga aku nan satu tu makan nyamuk.
Tapi...Banyak sgt pulak nyamuk!! Smlm tkde lgsg!
Aku bgn dr meja paun ni ade la dlm 6-7 kali dok tabur nyamuk dlm bekas ikan tu.
Dlm antara aku bangun-duduk-bangun ni, ade la satu part aku tekejot tgk ade bnda gerak dlm cermin. rupanya diri sdiri. cess..
Last aku kumpulkn dulu nyamuk2 ni kt tepi laptop, bru anta kt ikan. save energy.

Pastu tgk plak blogshop2 yg wujud kt internet ni.
hoh. tetiba nk tgk boots(bkn boots phua chu kang). tp byk kua shoes.
Aku da tangkap cintan ngn kasot masot ni.


Tp tkkan la aku yg dok kat bumi jatinangor ni, nak pakai kasot mcm ni.
Dah la dok uma naik turun bukit. Naik turun angkutan kota. Naik bukit fk. Kalau lmbt kena lalu shortcut sikit lalu kat tanah.
Dah nnti heels kasut aku jadi penggembur tanah.
Jadi lupakanlah utk waktu ni. Belilah utk hari raya ke.
Jadi, marilah stick to crocs pink getah yg tkde heels langsung tu!


Tiba2 dgr bunyi ade bnda ketok2..huuu...
tgk atas siling, ade cicak tgh semangat gigit serangga ape tah.
pastu bunyi ketok2 tu pasal serangga tu meronta2 la.
tetiba jatuh plak serangga tu atas tilam aku.. sayap die putus jatuh atas meja. kesian.. serangga tu akhirnya mati.

When we, the human, were about the age of 25 days, our size was 2.5-4.5 mm.
The size of taik hidung if you want to compare.
I was born weighing 4kg.
I was thinking.. Is it possible to collect 4kg of your taik hidung in 9 months?
I think you need to be a 'vacuum cleaner' if it is even possible.

SMAKJ

saya ex-student smakj.
I am an ex-student of smakj. (lagi mau translate..)
SMAKJ: Sek. Men. Agama Kerajaan Johor (2002-2005)

sekolah ini bukanlah sekolah handalan yg famous gila.
but known well enough by Johoreans who schools in SMAs.
throughout my school year in SMAKJ, of course, there was sweets & bitters everywhere.
the school is good, adequate, and well-supplied with good teachers.
what i mean by adequate is, its wholesome; dunya wal akhirah.
the product?

i came across to few blogs, myspace, facebook accounts of ex-smakjs.
the conclusion i get: although we sat in a same class, listened to the very same teachers, get dressed with the same school uniforms, and been taught the same lessons
---all that was just ain't enough to make 2 people alike.
i learned that; never judge someone from where they came from.
indeed, never judge anyone at all~..

some people:
"jangan anta anak kau gi skola tu, skola tu terok. prangai bdk2 semua buruk."

oh. jangan. just because a person u know has failed to show great manners of a definite community, u can't simply judge. don't change from A person to ALL people.

some smakjians are well-accomplished. blogs full of remarkable thoughts. ingatkan ustaz, ustazah mana. rupanya kawan aku sebelah almari. proud of them.

post ini takde kena mengena sgt pn dgn smakj.
saje buat sbb nnti kalau ade org google 'SMAKJ', keluarla blog ni. haha.

but 'very sad' when people who know more about faith & religion, left them all..

I love to gossip!
I'm not sure since when I started to indulge in gossiping activity but next thing i know, I'm up to new-updated gossips. Even some people find me to 'supply' them with new gossips.
The thing is, I don't think being a 'gossip girl' is a good thing.
We talked and digging on somebody else;

1. POINT OUT NEW TOPIC-Hey, korang tau tak yang si..../ari tu aku ada jumpa...die tengah..
2. ELABORATE MORE-Itu la pasal, aku pun tak sangka. Impossible..!
3. GIVE COMMENTS ON THE TOPIC-Aku rasa la kan. Die tu memang macam tu.
4. CORRELATE WITH OTHER EVENTS- ha. hari tu pn aku ade nmpak die./ala..last yr pun die mcm tu jugak./kau ingat tak yg die pernah...

Imagine when someone else talking about you like that. Pointing out issues that was long gone. Giving comments on you, even though they barely know you. Making conclusions based on a 2-minutes scene. That's unfair.
Obviously, I'm talking to myself.
I feel sorry for myself.
For having the feeling of excitement in gossiping about others.
I don't want others talking about ME like that.
So, I am truly sorry to everyone, those who had been a 'victim' of my not-good indulgence. SORRY! Can't name a name. too much i think.
I am having this new determination and resolution..

-which means, most of the time. hehe..
Those who have same 'hobby', we should stop!

so much for RM150 passport...

phew..puhhh..<< an attempt to blow away dusts on my so-long-abandoned blog. hehe..
so. i need to renew my passport since i wont have the chance later.
i went to wisma persekutuan with abah around 10 a.m or so.
i put on some make up because i planned to renew my IC too. so, i definitely want my IC photo looks.. OK..than before.
i found out on the internet that students that study abroad may have the privilege of applying passport with the price of RM150..which is half the original price.
when i arrived there...we went to tingkat 1. then i show my offer letter from MARA to an officer there as a proof. then the officer asked me to photocopy the letter, my IC and get an application form downstairs. off i went..
then, i came up back, took my number, and wait....
then.."0199" appeared from the board number.
an officer name Riana -almost sounds like rihanna- was in-charged.
i gave copies of the letter and etc..
then the officer refer to the supervisor at the back. then the supervisor refer to the 'other' supervisor in a room.
then the supervisor told me that i need to produce some 'black & white' letter or proof that i AM still studying in Indonesia.
the problem is, I am already studying in Indonesia and this is not my first-time passport as an oversea student.(oversea la sgt)..
i showed my student card, but they said my student card doesn't have an exact validity date. and the sup of the sup said that, student card might not be returned even when you was out from the university. then the sup of the sup said. "u nk dpt diskaun bkn sng tau.. mcm ni la. susah2 u pergi jumpa pn. zaharah kt bahagian penyerahan'.. off i went to 'penyerahan'..
i went to an officer there and asked for pn. zaharah. then i waited for 5mins. then the officer said, "pn. zaharah ada kt sana (tempat tadi permohonan pasport).awk pergi kaunter 9 cube tnye ade nmpk die tk.".. cess...
then i went to 'permohonan' and said.."pn. zaharah takde. org kat sna kata die kat sini"..
then the sup went inside and came out and said, "pn. zaharah kat tingkat 8. awk tunggu kejap"..
waited for few minutes...tadaa.. there u are pn. zaharah..
then i went inside the office..and met pn. zaharah. again, i showed my 'stuff' as a proof i am a student in Indonesia.
Pn. zaharah said, we need more proof..like a letter from your university. i explained the same thing like before. my faculty is on holiday the whole week.
'awak ckp mmg la..tp mmg susah sikit nak dpt rebate'...
i called tony from PADMA and he said 'bisa di kasi suratnya, tapi nnti on monday. faculty is closed for one week'..cess. membazir kredit.
then in the end pn zaharah said 'awk ada tiket balik indonesia tk?'.. damn.. nk naik flight pn aku tk bwk itinerary..
then..i called air asia to email me my itinerary. on the meantime, abah called awang, a friend of his that used to work there.
then awang arrived, but my email still hadn't receive the itinerary. then we went upstairs, jabatan imigresen...and met another officer..a 'bigger' officer. then, the officer called pn. zaharah and asked her about my case. hahahahha.. i got the same solution as before, which is, 'find my tix confirmation'..
then, off i went with abah to danga bay, to air asia sales office to get my itinerary.. then we got back to wisma and to the 'permohonan pasport'.. took a number and to a counter..i produce my itinerary, then the officer asked me to photocopy my student card. pulakk.. i went downstairs to photocopy.. then, the photocopy machine buat hal pulak.. waited for abt 10 mins.. got my copy of student card..then went up back... haahhhhh..
the fusses stop here. at last...... a RM150 passport was purchased!!
nasib baik officer ok2 and nak layan aku. huhu.
then. konon2 to spend another 2hrs waiting for the passport, i went to 'pejabat pendaftaran' to pursue my dream of having a nice IC of my own. then, wrote in big letters - no giliran utk mykad HABIS..sila dtg esok pagi-... blurttt... mmbazir make up..balik umah sudah. lapaa

The real thing is: I am a lazy blog writer who is way too lazy to think about wat to write.
Then why did I created a blog at the first place?
- because I have this bad habit of 'lack of compliance'. At that moment, I have this konon2 lots of idea what to write rather than talk to myself mcm org gila.

The thing is, whenever I have this urge or intention or motivation to do something, it always fade away. Let's say:

1. I always wanted to do a regular exercise just to get a nice flat abs. Ive tried twice (few minutes of push-ups) with the help of my friends..It lasted for at least 2weeks then.. So, none succeed. Few weeks ago, I've tried doing dancing 'syok sendiri' that is promising-flat tummy-as said in the ad and comments. But, the videos are resting in peace in my lappy.

2. Since before I moved in to my rumah kontrakan, I dreamed of growing fruit trees or vege plants. I even bought a pack of petola seed from a pasar in Shah Alam. But up until now,(2mos already), my association with the trees & soil is cleaning up the grasses in front of my house and snap off some serai(lemongrass eh?) across my house. (serai bukan tanam sdiri pun)..BTW, I even forgot where did I put that petola seed..hehe..

3. Everytime I started a new study semester or course or watever starter, I always have this 'new spirit' resolution, to study well, to sleep less, to spend less on the internet...and so on.. But,..I slept like a baby! Long hours.. hmphh.. Wat to do? wat to do??

I have this new 'semangat' of decorating my room with lots of colors and motivational word or 'ayat sedar diri'.Macam dalam classroom sekolah rendah dulu.-USAHA TANGGA KEJAYAAN-.To remind myself of myself..Hope it will work out as planned.
Where my discipline had gone??
Bai Bai.. Exam lusa.. Ni tk compliance la ni..Time2 mcm ni la nak buat blog. Cehh..

Movie & Love

I just came back from watching Harry Potter half blood snape or watever it is. On my way out of the hall, I saw this girl fixing her BALD boyfriend's hair. well, he's not really that bald, but little hair that no need to be fixed after all. it's just quite funny how silly we can be when it comes to love. when u are not in love, everything about 'love' always seems to go wrong and funny and miserable. i don't remember myself 'in love'. was i ever fall in love at all??
Now it's july. Bandung is getting colder. and might be a season of love to some of my friends. good luck to u guys.
Back to movies..i love watching movies. although, i dozed off a second or two during the show today. i love the cinema. the seats, the cup-holder...it's like halfway to luxury.. but it's not. my mother don't really like the idea of watching movies as a hang-out activities. she hates the cinema. but who can't resist watching movies with almost half of the normal price with the privilege of student cards..and the very cheap fee of Rp10,000 during weekdays which when converted to RM it's only RM3.00++..?? cheaper than a pirated DVD in malaysia eh i suppose.. back again later.. need to finish my reading on One Fifth Avenue by Candace Bushnell.. hmm.. wat am i? a medical student or a columnist????

Love At First Sight...

For quite long, I nvr really believe in 'love at the first sight'.
How is it possible?

U run into someone, u look him..or her..in the eyes.. and u fell for them..

I strongly believe that love should be based on personality or the attitude that is beautiful.

So, my thought is, how can u love someone just by looking into their eyes..or nose..or lips..or watsoever..
If u love what u see..Just take..the nose..the eyes..and put them into your purse..

It's not fair to judge people by its 'cover'..
The word 'cover' itself has a quite discreet meaning..
Cover: put something on top of or in front of (something) in order to protect or conceal it

To conceal it? That is too obvious kann..

The thing that they actually love is the physical part of the person.
Or the smile that is shining from the perfect white teeth..
Or the way the plumpy lips moving when they talk..
Or that eyes that blink with the batting eyelashes..

Im writing blog again. It's been a while...

How do you feel when u are feeling happy? except the feeling of happiness at the moment??
hm..

you are happy that..

you actually had the last portion of the food served at the cafe..
you got a surprise present from a crush
you got a nice, flattering dress when u went out shopping
you won a zealous competition, without even trying hard..

The feeling of happy is more like satisfaction.
It is something indescribable and subjective.
You feel like the world was a happy place to live.
You think that today is the happiest day..

But ever think about what somebody else think and feel when u are indulged in a complete happiness??

Others won't be as happy as u when..

they are desperately hungry, and the last food of the day was served to someone else..
their forever crush gave a surprise present to other girl
their 'must have' dress that they promised to have later, was sold out
they was defeated during an important competition that was a real passion to them

ever think of that??
so, the world is not a very happy place to others after all..
today, is not the happiest day to someone else.

And of course, u cannot afford making everyone else as happy as you.
But, the world doesn't revolve around u only..
The least u can do, is to share and to help.

Well, I dunno why people give that gedik description to the girls. Is there anybody know where did they get the word 'gedik'?
I googled up the word 'gedik'. And down came all the malay porn websites with the word 'gedik'. Which is horrible. I never really thought a gedik is strongly associated with porns and sexual tingy. I tot gedik girls are just gedik girls. They just meant to be 'tergedik-gedik' because possibly they have nothing better to do. Duhh.
How far would gedik girls can go? Would they give up their own respects and dignity or even humanity to achieve their 'who-knows' mission?
And as people and girls are b****ing about gedik girls..
There are still many out there that are trying to be gedik as best as they can.
Weird eh?
Still. I can't really figure out what are true gedik girls should look like. or act like what. it is really subjective, and some people might even say i, myself is a gedik person.
Well, in my mind, gedik is more like Paris Hilton kot. And she did get the limelight for being one.
In the end, it is the mind and the brain that should be working on what is good and what is not.

Women or girls are not objects. We are human. We are not supposed to be made as 'geli-geli' as many people would say. As bad as a girl can be, she is still a girl. A sane human. Has the right to be respected.

If you are a gedik, but know how to act like a sane human being, and has some respects to yourself, then u should just live your life.

Solat.. Bukan Susah Sgt Pun..

“Islam itu dibangunkan atas lima perkara, syahadah bahawa tiada Tuhan kecuali Allah, dan bahawa Muhammad itu adalah pesuruh Allah, mendirikan solat, menunaikan zakat, puasa di bulan Ramadhan dan haji ke Baitullah” - Riwayat Bukhori



Orang Yang Tidak Melakukan Solat:
Subuh: Dijauhkan cahaya muka yang bersinar..
Dzuhur: Tidak diberikan berkat dalam rezekinya.
Asar: Dijauhkan dari kesihatan/kekuatan..
Maghrib: Tidak diberi santunan oleh anak-anaknya
Isya': Dijauhkan kedamaian dalam tidurnya

Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w yang bermaksud : “Sesungguhnya perkara pertama sekali dihisab bagi seseorang hamba di hari kiamat daripada amalannya ialah Solatnya, jika solatnya itu adalah baik maka dia termasuk dalam orang yang bahagia dan beruntung dan jika sekiranya amal solatnya itu rosak maka dia termasuk orang yang rugi dan tidak beruntung.” - Hadis Riwayat Tirmidzi

Sabda Rasulullah s.a.w yang bermaksud : “Perjanjian di antara kita (orang Islam) dengan mereka (orang kafir) ialah Solat, dan barangsiapa meninggalkan solat sesungguhnya dia telah menjadi kafir” - Riwayat Tirmidzi

(Ingatkanlah orang-orang yang tidak beriman) akan masa didedahkan kedahsyatan huru-hara (hari kiamat), dan mereka diseru supaya sujud maka mereka tidak dapat melakukannya. Sambil pandangan mereka tunduk malu, serta mereka diliputi kehinaan; dan sesungguhnya mereka (di dunia) dahulu telahpun diseru supaya sujud (tetapi mereka enggan) sedang mereka dalam keadaan sihat.” - Surah Al-Qolam 35 - 43
