You, Me & Taik Hidung

I was reading The Developing Human by Moore. And came across a fun fact.
When we, the human, were about the age of 25 days, our size was 2.5-4.5 mm.
The size of taik hidung if you want to compare.
I was born weighing 4kg.
I was thinking.. Is it possible to collect 4kg of your taik hidung in 9 months?
I think you need to be a 'vacuum cleaner' if it is even possible.
